This poster has been created to set a foundation for online Zoom classrooms that may occur in my future teaching. 

In the past, the only online communication I have done has been either over Skype or Facebook Messenger. I never participated in any online learning prior to my La Trobe University experience. Since enrolling with La Trobe, I have enjoyed using Zoom but conceded that it is not without its problems.

In one Zoom session, someone was at a train station and did not have their microphone turned off which caused a lot of distraction. I have also noticed that the lecturer will often call on people that have their camera turned on. I also attended one Zoom session where I was the only one that entered any text in the chat function. I can only imagine how frustrating it is for the lecturer to know how little interaction occurs in their lecture. With these experiences in mind, I have attempted to create an online classroom agreement that addresses these problems.
